Tires and Wheels
The Bolt’s tires provide better handling because they have a lower 50 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Mustang Mach-E’s standard 55 series tires.
The Bolt has a standard easy tire fill system. When inflating the tires, the vehicle’s integrated tire pressure sensors keep track of the pressure as the tires fill and tell the driver when the tires are inflated to the proper pressure. The Mustang Mach-E doesn’t offer vehicle monitored tire inflation.
Chassis
The Chevrolet Bolt may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 600 to 1150 pounds less than the Ford Mustang Mach-E.
The Bolt is 1 foot, 4 inches shorter than the Mustang Mach-E Select/Premium, making the Bolt easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.
Passenger Space
The Bolt has 1.1 inches more front headroom, 1 inch more front legroom and 1 inch more rear legroom than the Mustang Mach-E.
Servicing Ease
A maintenance reminder system is standard on the Bolt to save the owner time and money by calculating maintenance intervals for tire rotation, based on odometer mileage. This takes the guesswork out of keeping your vehicle in top condition and helps it last longer. Ford doesn’t offer a maintenance reminder on the Mustang Mach-E.
